Herbs in this formula include:

LOBELIA (Lobelia inflata)
Properties: antispasmodic, diaphoretic, diuretic, expectorant
Description: The plant is used particularly for its antispasmodic properties in treating asthma and whooping cough. It is one of the most powerful relaxants of all herbs.

VALERIAN: (Valeriana officinalis)
Properties: aromatic, nervine, antispasmodic, anodyne
Description: The root is used and is an excellent nerve tonic, very soothing. It is relaxing to the whole system.

PASSION FLOWER (Passiflora incarnata)
Properties: antispasmodic, diaphoretic and sedative.
Description: Most commonly used for nervous headaches, and other nervous conditions. It is quieting and soothing to the nervous system.

WILD YAM (Dioscorea villosa)
Properties: anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, hepatic, diaphoretic
Description: The root is used for rheumatoid arthritis. It contains natural steroids.
